What happens when the trial ends?
Datapuddle stops opening files and offers the purchase. Your data is untouched — the app queries files where they sit and never imported them.
Why is the price different in my country?
Apple sets the price in each storefront's currency, including local taxes. $39.99 is the US price.
I bought it on another Mac.
Sign in with the same Apple Account, open the purchase window, and choose Restore Purchase.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple through reportaproblem.apple.com. If something is broken, email first — a fix is usually faster.
